CATU provides all members with legal assistance whenever they have grievances or disputes at their workplace. We help them to bring their case to the Ministry of Labour, the Arbitration Council and to the competent Courts. If managers do not comply with Cambodian labour law or Arbitration Council awards or engage in any form of violation or abuse, CATU will launch national and international campaigns against those managers and companies.
